Head to Bastok Markets and speak with Cleades (D-11) to accept the
Mission.
2)
Head to the Bastok Embassy in Ru’Lude Gardens.
3)
Talk to the Ambassador.
4)
It’s a good idea to get the map of Delkfutt’s now – trade a Kaiser
Sword to Imasuke in Port Jeuno (E-6).
5)
When you’re ready, head to Delkfutt’s Tower in Quifm (F-6).

You need to reach the top of this Tower, so here are the locations
of the teleports:
1.
1st Floor – (E-6)
2.
2nd Floor – (I-9)
3.
3rd Floor – (G-6)
4.
4th Floor – (I-6)
5.
5th Floor – (H-9)
6.
6th Floor – (J-10)
7.
7th Floor – (F-6)
8.
8th Floor – (I-6)
9.
9th Floor – (J-9) sends you back to 8th Floor
10.
8th Floor – (F-9)
11.
9th Floor – (F-6)

You should now be on the 10th Floor.
8)
Fight the NM Phyporion to obtain the keys.
9)
It will only drop 6 keys, so if you are in an alliance, you will
need to wait 10 minutes to kill him again.

When everyone has a key, trade it to the elevator at (H-8).
11)
Head into the tunnel to the East and then head down the 9 flights
of stairs.
12)
There will be three doors here.
13)
Trade the key to the door at (L-9).
14)
Head down the long flight of stairs to get to the 1st
floor of the Tower and exit.
15)
Head back to the Bastok Embassy in Ru’Lude Gardens to finish the
Mission.
